Daniel of Bethlehem
Shepherd of the Nativity, then shepherd of Elisha on Lebanon with Benjamin. He sends a shepherdess to heal his daughter at Corozaïn: "Our Child heals every illness. Go find the Messiah."
Toward the end of the Public Life, the entire surviving group of shepherds is reunited in Judea.

Daniel means "God has judged." Historical reference: the famous prophet deported to the court of Babylon, he interprets dreams and descends with his companions into the pit where he is saved by the angel.
