Light, Lamps
Light is a divine attribute; it is also the first thing created in the world (cf. Gn 1:3).

Attribute of The Spirit and the Soul
- (Jesus) I am the Light of the world; whoever follows me will not walk in the Darkness, but will have the light of life.[1] and [2]
- Each century is a night where the guide and light is the word of the Christ and the Grace that comes from Him.[3]

Attribute of Jesus
- You will say this time and countless other times: "He was the Light who came to shine in the midst of the Darkness, but the Darkness did not understand Him. He came into the world that was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His town, to His house, and His own did not receive Him."[11]
- You are, and must be, the light of the world. I have chosen you: Me, the Light of God, to continue to illuminate the world when I have returned to the Father. But can you give light if you are lanterns extinguished or smoky?[12]
- You have hated the Light because evildoers love the Darkness to commit their crimes, and you have fled the Light so that it would not reveal to you your hidden wounds.[13]
- I am the Light. The Light was sent to illuminate the Darkness.[14]
- I will be Light more than ever. A Light such that it will forever dazzle those who hate the Light, those who wanted to kill it. A Light such that it will melt the golden gates of Heaven closed to Humanity for so many centuries, and Heaven will open to the righteous…[15]
